Join us for an amazing night on Saturday November 29th supporting Rose of Sharon! The incredible band 'From the Hip' hit the stage for a night of solid tunes perfectly covering one of Canada's best bands, 'The Tragically Hip'. This event is sponsored by Amanda Wilson and Samantha Gowda-Singh of Desjardins Insurance and is held at the Market Brewing Taproom.
Doors are at 7PM with 'From the Hip' hitting the stage at 8PM and playing all night! The band will be covering the album 'Fully Completely' in its entirety and playing the hits for the second half of the night.
There will be a raffle, prizes, live painting by Danny Granger with a majority of proceeds from ticket sales and the raffle going to our friends at Rose of Sharon. Tickets are $30 online in advance or $40 at the door (if available). Enjoy Market Brewing beer, Hard & Fancy seltzer/margarita, cider, red/white wine and non-alcoholic options too!
Rose of Sharon Services for Young Mothers provide support and educational services for prenatal and young parenting women in York Region. From the Hip have been rockin' since 2018 and as a group of passionate Tragically Hip fans they strive to honor the bands music and keep their traditions alive with an incredibly authentic show.
